Demonetization facts

Total 500 old notes = 1571 crore
Total 1000 old notes = 633 crore

Total 500 old notes + 1000 old notes=  2204 crore notes

New 500 notes needs to printed = Approx 1500 crore
New 2000 notes needs to printed = 633/2 = 300 crore


Total printing press in India to print the notes are 4 and capacity 2600 crore notes /year

Government said its not instant decision they are thinking for this for 10 months then 8 November was the implementation date

If govt is thinking for 10 months then  approx 1800 notes could have been easily printed in 7-9 months.

Why govt was sleeping ????

ATM has cassettes dedicated to 100,500,1000  now new notes are totally different in size all cassettes needs to be changed ,, if they would have used same size then existing cassettes could have been reused .

total ATM 2 lakh 20 thousand now all needs to be changed as per new notes , total changes 4 lakhs 40 thousands.

Before supporting Government demonetization

Ask question to yourself.

1. Do you know all security feature against Cyber crime? ( 95% don't know)

2.Is your data (Money) Secured ? ( 100% no as software are outdated in ATM machine)

3. Do you have the list how many frauds are happening in Online? ( Take a look)

4. Do you know where to report if you encounter any fraud? ( 95 % don't know)

5. Is Government capable enough to investigate and return your money back ? ( not capable)

6.Do you know your rights about cyber crime? ( Think on this)

7. In case of any fraud how much you will get back?

Cyber crime in more dangerous than cash crimes. you will be surprised that there is no judge appointed for this type of crime in INDIA.

So in my opinion this is childish decision of Government without any homework.

68 % people are using cash and 32 % online so At least government should improve technology and men power to handle this 68 % conversion ..

Demonetization is non off course good but proper homework to handle the consequences must be there.

Demonetization Dimensions

Surprisingly  USA also  have many corrupted people and they are doing online  transactions and USA  have better intelligence than us.So only question here why we are so much worried about corruption which is in middle level , why are we not targeting big frauds?

I am really not Anti-Modi but I support our country first before any Party/Politician..

In my opinion Online Black Money should have been targeted first before Cash.

There are certain rules of demonetization.

1. All transport must be free for food/medicines and must be under control by government at Toll naka.
2. Enough staff should be there to support transportation for food and enough staff must be there to investigate black money.
3. there must be coupon system for food/basic need items .

Example .. Government can open central market where one administration counter will be there they will sell the coupons to vendor and client via online and cash system  , people can buy and sell the things using coupon and while returning  they can return the remaining coupons in the counter. The money will be credited back to their account.it also will avoid small currency issue

4. Whatever Tax is received by government must be immediately used in basic needs of people.

5. Very important, 
 do the homework how much you will get by demonetization.

68% people use cash in current situation and only 7% people are having black money so first need to do the investigation for those who are very rich and corrupt 

6. Token system must be there for avoiding queue.

Only 1 lakh people will be required to manage queue system. 


There are several dimensions-

1) Black money is a problem, I agree. Few (about 10-15%) hoarders taking huge advantage in society which needs to be neutralized, I agree.
but
There are people who have made fortunes (as immovable property) in terms of private cash-cow institutions, buildings, lands, gold hoarding, temple business, fake trusts and NGOs, societies, and what not.
When will Modi eliminate all of that?
Modi looks short sighted if he thinks everything will be under control and solved by this one move.
Problems will be there as long as there are greedy corrupt minded inhuman creatures exist. These creatures have bypassed all laws and rules and will continue to do so in centuries to come.
2) If dearest Modi has true intentions of corruption free, fair, equitable and equal society then he must consider to abolish/ban all existing political parties and and nationalize their funds and properties and then hold fresh elections step by step with newer people associations/parties. 
3) Mr Modi must also get proper auditing of government expenditures done. There is a huge inefficiency of governmental system which is wasting resources and breeding corruption and black money. You look at public health infrastructure at ground level. You get a glimpse. This will help govt to reduce taxes and ease the burden on ordinary people.

Demonetization major issue

" I don't want to comment on demonetization whether it is correct or not.."

Just want to say INDIA population is approx  1.3 billion and because of Demonetization people are wasting their time in queue let’s assume only 0.5 billion people are standing in the queue for 5 hours.

then 0.5*5 hours = 2.5 billion hrs in a day..

2.5 billion hrs * 30 days = 75 billion hrs.

Can't we use token machine in at least few ATMs so that public can take the token and come accordingly to ATM to withdraw cash?

We could save billions of hours, currently we have already wasted 

75 billion hrs = 7500 crore hrs.

it means (7500/24) crore days= 312.5 crore days. This means 

312.5 crore days  = 3125000 thousand days

This means (3125000 thousand days/365 ) years =  8560 years..

Common Public please see this figure it is only half estimate don't keep quiet and help our nation to resolve this issue first...

We are already behind 8560 years of existing development if we consider 0.5 billion but  Wait it seems it is very big estimate so make the count 100 times less

that is 0.5 billion/100 = 0.005 billion = 5 million  

No-one can deny that 5 million people /day standing in queue  , even the count would be more but  Even if we consider only 0.005 billion (5 million)  then estimate will be  85.60 years ..

I hate congress and other parties as they are asking for BHARAT BAND .. 
You can imagine how much loss country has to tolerate.. so help people in solving the issue in place of creating more issue for country.. 

I am not against Demonetization but  Don't you think its a very very big loss,Comment and share your views..As we are already 85.60 years behind

साधारण आदमी से ही खुश रहता हैं परिवार , महापुरष तो न अच्छा पति कहलाता हैं न ही अच्छा बाप बन पाता हैं |

John was very sad and wanted to die. Suddenly his friend Bill came to him and asked for money which he has given to him. John said I don’t have money, so can I do any job for you?
Bill said that you can teach my son (peter), his exam is in next month.
John has started teaching Bill’s son. Once one month got over then he thought to die again. Suddenly he got curious to see Peter's result, and then he waited for another month and postponed the suicide plan. पानी

बर्फ(अकड़) और भाप (अभिमान)  दोनों पानी  (व्यक्तित्व ) के रूप है पर प्यास सिर्फ पानी (शालीनता)  ही बुझा  सकता है

 बर्फ और भाप  का कुछ ही समय का अस्तित्व होता होता जबकि पानी स्थायी है

अकड़ और अभिमान कभी आदमी को  यश नहीं दिला सकते  वो सिर्फ शालीनता से प्राप्त होता  है

Always balance your life ,

Earn sufficient money just for easy survival ,Do not spoil your body for  earning money in excess otherwise one day you will realize your body is not supporting you, and you will have to waste money in excess just to save your body and life.

बेशक तिरंगे में लिपट कर मरना गौरव की बात है, पर आज की मांग है  तिरंगे को दुश्मन के घर जाकर लहराएं

बेशक देशभक्त होना अच्छी बात है पर उससे भी बड़ी बात देशभक्ति जगाना है

सिनेमा घर में जन गन मन चलाना अच्छा है पर आज की मांग है की शहीदों के घर की पेरशानियों को हर सिनेमाघर कम से कम  २ मिनिट के लिए देिखायें

संस्कार फेसबुक में सजावट की चीज़ हो गए हैं उन्हें घर में इस्तेमाल करना सिखाए

बहुत हो चुका मदर्स डे के नाम पर सोशल मीडिया में दिखावा ,कम से काम एक वृद्धाश्रम में तो ताला लगवाएं

जिन्होंने तुम्हे अपना नेता मान लिया है उनके साथ चलने में क्या चुनौती ,,,,चुनौती उन्हें साथ लेकर  चलने में है जो तुम्हे अपना नेता ही न माने

तभी एक जोर से बोला , तभी हर दूसरे  दिन एक किसान भगवान के  घर चला जाता है उनसे ये पूछने कि और कितनी देर है ।

आज अपने अपार्टमेंट के मैनेजमेंट की छुट्टी का नोटिस लगा था , बाहर गार्ड को देख के खयाल आया की  ,लेबर डे  ऑफिसर्स के लिए होता है

Its labor day today , I saw guard on duty , Plumber on duty , Cleaner on duty but offices are closed management is closed , except labor all celebrating this day..

सात जन्मों का रिश्ता

शादी सात जन्मों  का रिश्ता होता है ,
तभी तो लोग इसे एक जनम में पूरी तरह नहीं निभा पाते। .

सवाल है इस कहावत पर

कहावत  है की "यदि तुम कोई बुरा काम करो तो याद कर  लेना की भगवान तुम्हे देख रहा है तो तुम गलत काम नहीं करोगे "

 यदि भगवान  मुझे अच्छा काम करते देख लेता तो में गलत काम करता ही क्यूँ ??????

एक आदमी की एक लड़की और तीन लड़के थे  , लड़की का नाम ईमानदारी , एक लड़का बकर ,दूसरा उसूल और तीसरा सबसे बड़ा लड़का भ्रस्टाचार।  साथ ही  एक रिश्तेदार थी पुलिस ,और पड़ोस में रहने वाली लड़की बेईमानी ।

चारों को  पालपोष  के बड़ा किया अब उसने चुनाव लड़ने की सोची ,सबका क्या करना है  सोच लिया

लड़की जवान  हो रही थी तो सोचा किसी भी हालत में इसकी शादी चुनाव के  तुरंत बाद करके विदा कर ही  दूंगा। बकर जब मेरी जबान लड़खड़ाने लगेगी तब काम आएगा ।
सबसे बड़ा बेटा  भ्रस्टाचार है उसको बोलूंगा तो बईमानी से शादी करके स्विट्ज़रलैंड चला जा बस टाइम पे पैसा भेजते रहना। जब पुलिस कभी तुझसे मिलने आएगी तो बोल दूँगा तू यहाँ नहीं रहता ।
अब चिंता उसे उसूल की थी ,उसने बोल पिताजी मेरे लिए क्या प्लान है , आदमी बोल साले  तुझे तो में  हमेशा तेल लेने ही भेजूंगा।

एक बाप ने बहुत पैसा कमाया , ईमानदारी को बेच के पैसा घर लाया
बेटा  छोटा था बाप का सच न जान पाया ,पैसो से ही बाप का मोल लगाया
बड़ा हुआ बेटा  तो ज़रूरतों का अम्बार लगाया जिसे बाप न पूरा कर पाया
बेटे ने सोचा बाप का क्या करना है कब तक बोझ उठाऊंगा इससे अच्छा अपना हिस्सा लेकर अलग न हो जाऊंगा , बाप को बात देर से समझ आई पकड़ ली उसने चारपाई ,बोला  बेटा  डॉक्टर को ले आना
बाप बोला बीमा है मेरा बेटा  तेरे लिए , जायदाद भी है तेरे लिए ,कल न रहु  तो शोक मत मनाना  पर आज तो डॉक्टर को ले ही आना,बेटा  सीधे वकील को ले आया ,कहा बाप से कल का  इंतज़ार नहीं कर पाउँगा ,सोने की अंडा देने वाली मुर्गी को आज ही काट के खाऊंगा।

एक पिता  ने सिर्फ थोड़ा पैसा कमाया और बेटे के लिए चीज़ों  के बजाय संतोष  खरीद कर लाया ।
बेटा  छोटा था पिता  का सच न जान पाया ,संतोष से ही पिता  का मोल लगाया।
बड़ा हुआ बेटा तो उसे अपने पिता  का कड़ा परिश्रम समझ में आया ,
पिता ने अपना सही धन बेटे के रूप में कमाया ,
पिता की उम्र हो चली थी उसकी भी चारपाई में शाम ढलने लगी थी ,
बोला बेटा कुछ धन बचा है तेरे लिए कल न रहु तो शोक मत मनाना ,
बेटा बोला पिताजी शान हैं आप मेरे ,,,अपनी उम्र तक आपको लगाऊंगा
कल का इंतज़ार नहीं कर पाउँगा आज से आपके सपने पूरे करने में लग जाऊंगा ,
जब तक खुशियां आपके पैरों में न रख दूँ आज संतोष नहीं कर पाउँगा ,
संतोष  का पौधा पेड़ बन चुका  है , उसकी छाओं के बिना ज़िंदा नहीं रह पाउँगा  ।
बोला बेटा आपसे ही मेरा जीवन है आपके बिना एक कदम न चल पाउँगा,

Some point about BOSS

1. One cannot become a BOSS if he thinks he is a BOSS.
2. BOSS is far better than Leader only in case when subordinates accept their leader as BOSS.
3. BOSS is not a designation but its a feeling of his subordinates.

Equation is relation now you need to decide how much difficult your equation...

Some people are bit unlucky as they don't find even a single relation  where they don't have to prove anything but some people are most unlucky who lose their parents ..

Belief and sureness both are having no comparison.

Belief is 50% faith and 50 % doubt
Sureness is 100% pure certainty.. doubt free product.

Just think which relations belong to belief and which to sureness ???

If you are a manager  or going to be then below points you should always consider.

Meet with your team members: Regular one-on-one meetings are critical to good management. These meetings have several purposes .

Prepare for the transition: This will become confusing and frustrating... perhaps not immediately, but managers are often pulled in multiple directions.

Figure out what is going to change about your role now that you are a manager.What significantly sets managers apart is the migration away from a concept known as "individual contribution." Managers are not, primarily, individual contributors. That means that you are going to be responsible for the work of others; your success depends on how well your team performs. You are now responsible for far, far more work than you could ever possibly produce by yourself . You can’t fix all the problems – don’t even try… that’s not your job anymore.

Identify your goals: What, specifically, are your measured goals? Do you have hourly, daily or weekly targets your team must meet; what about your new goals such as reviewing productivity? Write down everything and post it prominently . This will be your checklist.  Review your list frequently, with a critical eye, and revise it when necessary.

Document team activities: Your personal performance review will focus largely on your team’s performance so make sure you keep a written record of issues and accomplishments. This will be especially important if there are significant issues that arise. Problems are expected; how you and your team handle those problems must be a focus of your efforts.

Learn coaching: There will inevitably be times when you need to correct behavior. Learn to do this properly. If you do it correctly, you will get the results you want. If you do it poorly, things can go horribly wrong. 

Reward performance: This doesn’t mean money… although money is nice, it’s not a primary motivator for on-the-job performance. Recognition is much more effective

If you are unauthorized for a work which is must for your career then only below  kind of people can do wonder.

1. Who knows how to take the permission from right person.

            2.Who knows how to ask forgiveness after accomplishing the work.

कभी जब आप को कोई मार्ग नहीं सूझे तो ये काम अवश्य करे :
1. सबसे पहले शांत मन करके मौन धारण करे
2. उसके बाद ये सोचे की जिस वजह से आप पेरशान वो कौन सी है
3. यदि वो वजह बहुत ही ज्यादा समस्या पैदा कर रही हो तो उसके जड़  को नष्ट करने की सोचे
4. जड़ को नष्ट करना ये बिलकुल नहीं है की हम किसी को नुक्सान पहुचाये अपितु अपने आप में  इतना सक्षम बने और  साथ ही ऐसा काम करे कि आप का शत्रु स्वयं ही हार मान जाए और आपका मार्ग स्वयं ही छोड़ दे .

एक उदाहरण के लिए :

1. जैसे अभी  के समय बहुत सारे लोग ऐसे होंगे जो की अपने मैनेजर से बहुत परेशान होंगे या किसी ऊपर वाले अधिकारी से पेरशान होंगे तब आप ये सोचे कि ऐसा क्यों है , ऐसा इसीलिए है कि आप उस इंसान से कमजोर हैं और अपने आप को सशक्त बनाने के लिए ऐसा क्या काम करे कि उसके भी  ऊपर वाला अधकारी आप के काम से प्रभावित हो  जाए , याद रखिये ऐसा तभी हो सकता जब आप ये काम करेंगे

सबसे पहले अपना काम ईमानदारी से करे यदि कोई इसमें बाधा डालता हो तो सही समय की प्रतीक्षा लगातार करें और अथक प्रयास के साथ करे , निश्चित ही ईश्वर  आपको अपनी प्रतिभा दिखने का मौका देगा और वो भी बहुत  जल्दी ,यदि आपने अपना काम ईमानदारी से किया है और जवाब सही समय का इंतज़ार करते हुए अपने काम से दिया है  तो आप जीत ही जाएंगे

 याद रखे हर इंसान को ईश्वर उचित समय देता है बस समस्या इतनी है की अधिकाँश लोग सिर्फ इसीलिए सफल नहीं हो पाते की वो बिना तैयारी के उस अवसर को मूक बनकर अपने हाथ से जाने देते है और वो लोग जो तैयारी के साथ रहते है वे उसका लाभ उठा पाते हैं।

आज मैं किसी से नाराज़ नहीं हूँ, बस गम है
इस बात को देखते-देखते मैं सोलह का हुआ और अब देखते-देखते बड़ा हो गया,
पर जो सोचा था करने का वो न जाने कब कर पाउँगा?
गम इस बात का भी है कि जब खुश होकर नाचना था तब  किसी छोटी सी बात को सोचकर दुखी होता रहा
न खुद मौज कर सका न ही किसी और को भरपूर आनंद लेने दिया,
बचपन तो बचपने में चला गया और जवानी नादानी में जा रही है,
इल्म नहीं हुआ क्या गया और क्या जा रहा है,
जवानी भी एक दिन साथ छोड़ देगी तब हो न हो समझदारी जरूर आ जाएगी,
बस सोचता हूँ कुछ शब्द कभी पीछा नहीं छोड़ेंगे जैसे -
काश मैं कर लेता
काश मुझे अकल होती
काश मैंने अपने आप को समझा लिया होता
काश मैंने किसी कि ग़लतियों को माफ़ कर दिया होता
काश मैंने खुद को भी माफ़ कर दिया होता
काश माँ को दुःख न दिया होता
काश पिता के दर्द को समझ पाता
आज जब जवाबदारी आई तो एहसास हुआ कि काश कुछ समय पहले ही बड़ा हो गया होता
तो बचपन को समझदारी के साथ आनंद में जिया होता और जवानी को ज़िंदादिली के साथ खो रहा होता
और जब बुढ़ापा आता तो शांति के साथ मर रहा होता
आज वैसे न जवानी चरम पर है और न ही बुढ़ापा शुरू हुआ है
अब भी वक़्त है थोड़ा,, क्युकि मैं जाग गया हूँ  सवेरा हुआ है
सवेरे के साथ एक प्रण लिया है
बचा है जो वक़्त  ऐसे न जा पाएगा जो सिर्फ खर्च हो सकता है वो सिर्फ आनंद के साथ खर्च किया जाएगा
अब जो वक़्त खर्च होगा वो यादों में बस जाएगा
अब ज़िन्दगी का अर्थ भले ही निकले न निकले बुढ़ापा आने का ग़म न सताएगा।
