सत्ता में आने के बाद भी

जिस नेता को सत्ता  में आने के बाद भी यदि राजनीतिक व्यवस्था ठीक न दिखे  वही एक ईमानदार नेता है।  

That boy was silent

वो लड़का मौन था

वो शाम टूटी बोतल ,खाने का डब्बा और पेन था ,
वक़्त भी देखने का  शौकीन  था।

समंदर सिर्फ दूर से ही खामोश दिखता  है, जरा गहराइयों में उतरो ,
सुनामी को संभाले हुए ,रतनाकर का अंतर्मन मौन था ,
समंदर में कई  हीरे समां गए ,हो सकता है किसी रतन  के लिए वो भी बेचैन था।

नदी होती तो उफान मार देती , नाला होता तो बहक जाता ,
लेकिन लड़के का मन समंदर के भाँती अनंत धारिता का बेजोड़ संयोग था।
हाँ वो लड़का अब भी मौन था।

नदियाँ समां जाती हैं समंदर में ,अस्तित्व खो जाती हैं ,
हो सकता किसी नदी के अस्तित्व का   ,
उसके विशाल स्वरुप से अधिक मोल था।

संघर्ष से पा लिया उसने सब कुछ , पर होती हैं कुछ चीज़े जो इंतज़ार से ही मिलती हैं।
अब क्या कहे इंतज़ार तो उसका होता है जिसका समय होता है ,
यूँ तो  पल में चीज़े बदल जाती हैं।
कुछ चीज़े ऐसी होती हैं जो पल को बदल जाती हैं.

जीवित व्यक्ति को लोग मार  कर चले जाते हैं ,
कुछ लोग निर्जीव चीज़ों में जान फूँक जाते हैं।

कहते हैं पल को पकड़ नहीं सकता कोई,

जो भी ज़िद है कर  ले इस पल में पूरी ,
लड़के ने कह दिया पल को अब तो तू वैसे ही बीतेगा जैसा में चाहूँ यही तो ज़िद है मेरी।
लगा रहा है आगे पीछे  चक्कर  लड़के के अब ये पल   ,संरचना करके  थोड़ी ,
बोल दिया लड़के ने अब तो तू तभी बीतेगा जब में नियुक्ति करूंगा  तेरी।

अर्पण करता हूँ सालों बाद आ की मात्रा ,
याद रखना अभी हाल ही में की है ,पल की  बहाली मैंने , धैर्य रखकर थोड़ी ,
पेन से लिख रहा हूँ वर्तमान तेरा , शीतलता बंद है बोतल में , डब्बे में पल ,
देने में देर हो गयी थोड़ी ,
जियो इन पलों को तुम , और कर दो ज़िद मेरी पूरी ,
ये पल गुलाम हैं मेरे ,बीतेंगे वैसे ही जैसे मर्ज़ी हो तेरी...
बाते अभी बाकी हैं सब्र रखना थोड़ी। ..

That evening was a broken bottle, a food box and a pen,
time itself also fond of seeing the moment.

The sea looks just silent from a distance, just go deep into the depths,
Handled by the Tsunami, Ratnakar ( Sea)  had intermittent silence,
Many diamonds were settled in the ocean, maybe it was also restless for any rattan (Gem Stone)

If there was a river, it would have been busted;
But the mind of the boy was an unmatched coincidence of Anant Dharita ( Infinite capacity) , like the ocean.
Yes that boy was still silent.

Rivers get equated in the ocean, survival is lost,
May be the existence of a river,
There was more value than Ocean's  huge form.

He got everything from struggle,  but there are some things that come only by waiting.
Now what is waiting for him to happen, whose time is,
In fact, things change in the moment. but its also true ,There are some things that change the moment itself.

People go to kill the living person,Some people are fond of inanimate things.
Says someone can not catch the moment,
Whatever is stubborn, at this moment, complete,

The boy said to the moment, now you will be as it is.
It is being thought that moment is now circling behind the boy, by composition a little,
The boy said, now you will die (Paas)  only when I will appoint you in yours.

The amount of arriving after years of sacrifice,
I have just recently remembered, the restoration of the moment, I have patience,
The pen is currently writing to you, the coolness is closed in the bottle, the moment in the lunch Box,

Late in giving a little,

You live in these moments, and do stubborn my whole,You live my life after this moment.
These moments are slaves, my life will be as it pleases me.These moments will be the way you want..

The rest are still keeping patience a bit. ..
